     Go to http://www.ptc.edu/dl and click the “Access your online courses here!”
     For your online courses we prefer that you login directly through WebCT.
     Your WebCT ID is your P# and your password is your birth date as follows: mmddyy.
     If you do not know your P#, go to: https://itsrv.ptc.edu/PTCID/lookupSecure.php and follow the steps to obtain your P#.    Always remember to use a capital P when entering your WebCT ID.  
     How do I get Technical Support?  Go to http://www.ptc.edu/dl/Help for help resources and to submit a helpdesk ticket.  Also, use the “help” icon on the WebCt toolbar if you are experiencing a problem.  To reach the Helpdesk by phone call:  (864) 941-8627.
      What are some of the commonly reported problems?
                       · Can’t login?  Please check the “Help Bear” or call the DL Helpdesk (864) 941-8627
                       · “Page not found” is usually caused by “Spyware.” Check the “Help Bear” for free spyware removers or go to www.microsoft.com/spyware and download the free “Windows Defender” software.
                       · System stops or page will not open – a popup blocker could be active and blocking Windows from opening – deactivate popup blockers when using WebCT, to do this open Internet Explorer and go to tools , then to pop-up blocker  and select turn off pop up blocker.  If you are still having problems, there could be more than one blocker on your system ,  please check the “Help Bear” or call the DL Helpdesk (864) 941-8627.
