PTC offers over 150 courses each term in an online format using WebCT online course technology.

The college provides a large number of fully online courses each term via the Internet. These courses are designed and managed by faculty using WebCT Course Management tools Version 4.1 Campus Edition. 

The college maintains a ten-megabit pipe into the Internet and provides Web services using Dell Blade Servers running Microsoft Information Internet Services on Windows 2003 Operating Systems. 

The College maintains an MPLS interface with Spirit Telecom, the state's Internet provider.
