PTC TeleWeb Courses use VHS videotapes, DVDs, and streaming video along with the WebCT Online Course Management System to present video lectures.

The college maintains an ATM three-megabit pipe into the Internet and provides Web services using a Dell Server running Microsoft Information Internet Services on a Windows 2003 Operating System. A RealMedia™ video server running RealMedia Helix DNA Server and Producer™ version 10 software.   

The College maintains a DS-3 interface with SCNet, the state's Internet provider. In the summer of 2003, the College upgraded to WebCT version 4.1. Also during the summer of 2003, the college will be providing an option for TeleWeb students to view their video programs via the Internet using streaming video technology.
