information is on file. Please inform Piedmont
Technical College of any changes in your
personal information such as name, address,
major and Social Security number.
To
update your information, complete a
Change
of Information Form and submit it to
the Student Records Office.
Note: Changes in major for Health Science are
excluded. These must be processed by the
Student Success Center.
