Special Transfer Pathways

Piedmont Technical College has special agreements with Clemson University and Franklin University that allow transfer of more courses than most colleges or universities. Students seeking degrees in the applied areas (such as Business, Industrial Technology, Public Services, etc) can transfer most of their credits into a bachelor of science degree.

Franklin University Community College Alliance
Piedmont has become a member of a Community College Alliance program with Franklin University. The Alliance offers eleven bachelor of science degree completion programs online (see list below). This program accepts Piedmont's entire associate's degree and then allows students to take bridge courses at PTC, leaving final classes to be taken online through Franklin.
