1. Choose a video and call the owner to check availability for the dates you will need the tape.  Piedmont Tech will take advance reservations on our tapes.  Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
    
2. Have a company representative or Piedmont Tech courier pick up and deliver the video to the site requested.
   
   For your convenience, PTC has a courier who stops at the following off-campus sites:
   
     » Abbeville County Center
     » Edgefield County Center
     » Laurens County Higher Education Center
     » McCormick County Center
     » Newberry County Center
     » Saluda County Center
    
3. Return the video(s) by the due date.  The videos are the responsibility of the user.
    
4. If the video is used for a training session, please use a sign-in sheet and have those who attend sign their names legibly and include their Social Security Numbers.  Return these with the video with a copy of the training agenda.
    
5. The standard checkout period is one week.  Should you require extra time, please let us know as soon as possible.
