This
page offers instructions for submitting high
school and college
transcript information.
High
School Transcripts / GED Documentation
All
applicants are asked to submit a copy of their
official high school transcript. The
transcript is required for admissions
only if the applicant:
- is less than
18 year of age;
- is applying
to a Nursing and/or a Health Sciences
program;
- is applying
for financial aid;
- is applying
for the Life Scholarship;
- is requested
to do so by the Enrollment Center.
To submit
your High School Transcript:
- Official
transcripts may be mailed directly
from your high school per directions
on the High School Transcript
Request Form.
- You
may hand-carry your official
transcript in a sealed envelope from
your high school to Piedmont
Tech. Please do not break the
envelope seal.
- Faxed
transcripts are not considered
official.

To submit
your GED/Adult Education Certificate:
Applicants
possessing a high school equivalency
certificate (GED) or an adult basic education
diploma are asked to submit copies of
documents that show successful program
completion.
Deliver copies
of documentation to the
Enrollment Center on the Lex Walters Campus,
Greenwood or any County Center.
College
Transcripts
All
applicants are asked to submit a copy of an
official transcript from any accredited college
or university that they have attended.
College
transcripts should be requested at
least 6 weeks before the first term in which you
plan to enroll. Failure to
submit documentation in a timely manner may
delay transcript evaluation and ultimately
registration.
To submit
your College Transcript:
- Complete the
College
Transcript Request Form and submit it to
your college or university. Some
institutions may charge a fee to release
your transcript.
- Delivery
Options:
- Official
transcripts may be mailed directly
from your college or university per
directions on the College Transcript
Request Form.
- You
may hand-carry your official
transcript in a sealed envelope from
your college or university to
Piedmont Tech. Please do not
break the envelope seal.
- Faxed
transcripts are not considered
