A.    From the Home tab

 

(1)   Change the font to Times New Roman 12 (no bold, no italics, no underline).

 

(2)   Paragraph

   Line Spacing: Double
   Spacing Before: 0 pt

   Spacing After: 0 pt

   Click on the Tabs button and be sure your default tab stops are set at 0.5"



B.     From the Page Layout tab

 

(1)   Set margins to 1" on all sides—left and right, top and bottom.

 

 

C.    From the Insert tab

 

(1)   Page Number

(2)   Top of Page

(3)   Plain Number 3

(4)   Type your last name and hit the space bar twice.

(5)   Change the font in your header to Times New Roman 12 (last name and page number).
