Meeting Facilities & Services

Piedmont Technical College extends an invitation to join its Video Consortium. For an annual subscription rate, consortium members enjoy access to video resources covering a wide range of business and industry-related issues. For information contact Ann Andrews.
WorkKeys and other assessments are available. WorkKeys is a job skills assessment system measuring “real world” skills employers believe are critical to job success.
Profiling identifies the skill requirements and WorkKeys skill levels an individual must have to perform successfully for any specific job.
WorkKeys assessments are available in applied mathematics, reading for information, locating information, applied technology, observation, team work, listening, and writing.

Double your training dollars by taking advantage of a training incentive program for production level employees and first-line supervisors.
The 1995 S.C. Enterprise Zone Act (EZA) allows manufacturing companies to submit a training plan for approval by the S.C. Department of Commerce. After approval, companies may request refunds from employee state withhold taxes of up to one-half the cost of approved training. Refunds are limited to $500 per employee annually. Currently, Piedmont Technical College has approved EZA training plans with more than 20 area companies.
