My educational philosophy: As an
instructor, it is my job to facilitate your learning;
learning is your job. I
am not teaching the course based on your needs today;
I am teaching for possibly five years in your future.
Working hard now will ensure your future. I will try to help you;
I cannot replace your own effort.
