Is it possible to complete this program from
one of Piedmont Tech's County Centers?
This
program is primarily offered on the
Greenwood campus, however, program can
be completed from County Centers over a
longer period of time.
Will
I be able to teach anywhere if I earn this
degree or certificate?
Students
should understand that this program is
not for teacher certification.
Will
I need to undergo a background check?
Each
student must undergo a S.C. SLED
records check, provide current TB test
results, complete a DSS letter of
non-conviction form, and undergo a
health assessment before completing
supervised field placement.
Will
I need to take CPR?
Students
will be required to undergo American Red
Cross CPR and
First Aid course.
