This information will be available to anyone who visits the PTC Web site -- it will not be password-protected. Please keep your privacy concerns in mind, while also completing the form as completely as possible.

A sample Welcome Page is available for your review. While information such as course goals and textbook requirements will be standard for each course, instructor information will vary. To see how your information will be displayed, click on a Section number on the Sample Welcome Page.
