technical support person who will respond by
e-mail or phone as soon as possible. This service
is constantly monitored. It allows you to receive
an email follow-up or to track the request
online.

On Friday afternoons and weekends, please leave a
message including your phone number, best time to
call and nature of your problem.
This phone is staffed many weekends from technical
staff homes to serve your immediate needs.
