The Piedmont Technical College Campus Shop will be celebrating all PTC students who will be graduating in December with a Halloween-themed Grad Fair from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Students will be fitted for caps and gowns and be able to purchase announcements. There will also be discounts offered on class rings.
