Piedmont Technical College president Dr. Ray Brooks, back center, honored six college associates with the Presidential Medallion, the institution’s most prestigious award, at PTC’s recent commencement exercises. Instituted in 1991 during the college’s silver anniversary celebration, the medallions recognize individuals who have made significant contributions toward excellence in education.
Five were recognized during the afternoon ceremony. Pictured with Brooks accepting the Presidential Medallions were, front from left, Kevin Moore, industrial technology instructor; Judy Daulton, business instructor; and Lisa Crawford, math instructor.
