Piedmont Tech’s Nursing program prepares students for the challenges of modern health care. The classroom instruction you’ll receive in nursing concepts, coupled with practical clinical experience at area health providers will ensure that you’re well qualified to enter the field.

Health care is one of the most rapidly growing fields in the country, and a supply of well-qualified nursing staff is essential for quality care. This need, combined with South Carolina’s critical shortage of nurses presents graduates of Piedmont Tech’s Nursing program with a wealth of employment opportunities. Coupled with the good earning potential the field provides, nursing is an excellent choice.

Piedmont Tech’s Associate Degree Nursing program is approved by the SC Board of Nursing and is accredited by the National League for Nursing (NLN). The ADN program at Piedmont Technical College prepares graduates to take the licensing examination, NCLEX-RN, to become a registered nurse.
