The Library on the Lex Walters Campus (Greenwood) offers library materials, research help, computer services and software, and comfortable places to study. Library and computer services are also available in the Learning Resource Centers at our County Campuses.
Finding Library Resources:
INSTRUCTORS: We all want our students to be the best that they can be. Scheduling a library information literacy session for your class can help students learn the basics of library research and become familiar with using the wealth of electronic resources available to them.
We sometimes assume that because students are comfortable with technology, they know how to locate and evaluate library resources; this, however, isn't always true. That's where your librarians can help! An information literacy session in the library, at a county campus, or in your PEN classroom can provide short-and long-term benefits for your students.
To schedule an information literacy session, contact either Meredith Daniel (x8442) or Yvonne Hudgens (x8647). We can plan a session just for your students' needs!
