Build custom rifles based on customer specifications, including stock selection, barrel fitting, and trigger work
Knowledge of rifles, particularly bolt-action rifles
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Repair and maintain rifles
Troubleshoot and diagnose firearm issues
Keep detailed records of all work performed on firearms
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Perform other duties as assigned

Jarrett Rifles is seeking a painter's apprentice to join our team. As a painter's apprentice, you would be responsible for disassembling rifles, preparing the metal and stocks for paint, finish assembly, engraving, and scope mounting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for firearms, particularly bolt action rifles, and be experienced in all aspects of gunsmithing, including custom builds, repairs, and maintenance.
