AI Governance and Risk Management AI is already inside your organization, whether or not anyone decided to adopt it. It's embedded in the enterprise software, quality systems, HR tools, and procurement platforms your team already runs, and management is accountable for every decision those systems shape, inventoried or not. This one-day workshop is built for owners, plant managers, and functional leaders who need to close that gap fast. You'll leave with a working inventory of where AI actually operates in your organization, a clear picture of what you're accountable for under ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act, and a right-sized competence map you can put in front of a board, a customer, an auditor, or an insurer. In order to receive a certificate, participants must attend the live in-person session and complete a reflection assessment. Enrollment ends a week before the first day of class.
