Students can print enrollment verification letters directly from Pathway.
These letters are considered official enrollment verifications because PTC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide this information to students. The anticipated graduation date is calculated based upon part-time status and allows extra time for completion of your program. For any questions related to obtaining your enrollment letter, please refer to these instructions.
There may occasionally be times when the data regarding enrollment is not available for every student, based upon when the student registered for classes. Data is forwarded to the National Student Clearinghouse several times each semester, including prior to the beginning of classes. If your enrollment verification can wait a few days, please go back to your Pathway account at that time rather than contacting the Student Records Office.
