Mediterranean & Lighter Fare

Come to the Mediterranean but stay in Greenwood! Menu items explored in this class will be healthier in nature and mostly vegetarian or vegan. Imagine warm sunshine and balmy sea breezes as you prepare a sample of regional dishes including grilled vegetables and chicken (portobello substitution available upon request). This class will also feature a selection of spreads, dips, and salads highly favored in Greece and surrounding countries. Students must wear closed toe shoes, tie back long hair, and complete off-site waiver. Minors must be at least 12 years of age and accompanied by a guardian (16+ years may attend independently). This class is eligible for Workforce Innovation gift certificate redemption. Groups of 6 or more receive a discount at registration.
