Performance Camp: Football

Designed for young athletes ages 8-13 who want to build their skills and confidence, this camp focuses on football fundamentals, athletic performance, and teamwork through instruction, drills, and games. Each day also includes an interactive healthcare career station led by a local healthcare professional, giving campers the opportunity to learn about different healthcare careers through engaging demonstrations and activities. It's a great way to combine sports, learning, and hands-on experiences in one exciting week. What to Bring: A water bottle is required. Cleats and a mouthpiece are optional. Campers should wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes if not wearing cleats.
