Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree; or high school diploma + 2 yrs related work experience.

Must be able to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 wpm and/or basic knowledge of computer operations. Must possess a valid driver's license with no major violations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer 3+ years of experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to deal effectively with multiple projects and to effectively prioritize and organize activities. Proficient in basic accounting skills with experience in purchasing, receiving and invoice management. Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills and some experience using PowerPoint. Knowledge of various types of mail and priority package services and the proper handling for each type. Ability to operate mail processing equipment and maintain billing records. Knowledge of basic USPS mail design standards. Knowledge of supply chain and inventory control practices and procedures. Experience with online UPS and Fed Ex freight shipping services.

Job Description:

In this challenging role, you will support the Logistics department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following:

-Provides administrative support services for records and archives, safety / environmental and Logistics Management (inventory/asset, shipping/receiving, fleet services and mail center services).

-Prepares and maintains billing invoice records for various service chargebacks.
Keys data in financial and fixed assets systems.

-Assists with local, state and federal audits.

-Designs per USPS standards, sorts and processes mail using automated equipment.

-Assists with various asset management tasks including maintenance of asset tracking software and equipment.

-Performs shipping / receiving tasks and mail and freight delivery. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. without assistance.
