Requirements:

Minimum and Additional Requirements
A minimum of an associate degree is required

Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is preferred

Job Description:

Advise students each semester which include all FSEP, FSE7, FSE 6, FSE3 and non-PTC students for registration and other requirements
Schedule interviews for students to enter into the FSE program
Assist students with registration
Create academic plans for students
Release and verification of students to take licensing board examinations
Assist students (signing into test, requesting information needed and helping with other student issues) 
Work and train work study students and/or Interns and submit time worked
Assist instructors when needed
Check and keep emails up to date
Take phone calls and messages (assist or refer to Dedrick or Keith)
Filing necessary documents
Answer questions about the donor program
Assist donor families with completing paperwork
Process in donors when they arrive on campus
Facilitate donor removals
Assist with Pet Crematory, pet pick up and deliveries 
Be on call as needed for donor program and pet crematory
Take information and money to Business Office and other required Departments
Create and mail monthly invoices for People That Care Pet Cremation
Submit requests for maintenance issues occurring in V Building
Other duties as assigned

Schedule:
Willingness to work within a flexible schedule (i.e. day, evening)
