A VALID MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE.
COORDINATES AND PROCESSES PERSONNEL PAPERWORK FOR THE UNIT AND SERVES AS A
CENTRAL CONTACT FOR PERSONNEL MATTERS; INTERPRETS PERSONNEL POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES. PREPARES PERFORMANCE PLANNING AND EVALUATION DOCUMENTS AND
RELATED PERSONNEL PAPERWORK. MANAGES THE EXECUTION OF FILING SYSTEM/RECORDS
RETENTION UTILIZING METHOD USED BY THE DEPARTMENT. TRAINS IN REVIEWING AND
ASSISTING IN THE PREPARATION OF REPORTS, PURCHASE ORDERS, REQUISITIONS, ETC.
SERVES AS LIAISON FOR PURCHASE CARD PURCHASES. TRAINS TO SUPERVISE THE ENTERING
OF INFORMATION INTO THE HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND IN THE
PAYROLL PROGRAM TO ENSURE EMPLOYEES TIME IS ENTERED CORRECTLY. ASSISTS WITH ALL
INCOMING CALLS AND COORDINATES INCOMING MAIL AND FORWARDS TO THE PROPER
PERSON OR OFFICE.
