Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree or high school diploma plus two years’ related work experience.  Requires the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35 words per minute and basic knowledge of computer operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree plus one year related experience, or high school diploma plus three years’ related work experience is preferred.

Job Description:

The Early College Administrative Specialist will assist the department with processing all prospect and student applications and supporting documents throughout the enrollment process of dual credit and early college students.  The administrative specialist will communicate with prospects, students, parents, and partnering high schools, and career centers providing information/directions about the College, enrollment requirements and admissions – answering routine questions, providing information regarding course offerings, registration schedules, and other applicable inquiries.

Schedule:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday (1-hour lunch)
8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Friday
