MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or a HS diploma plus two (2 ) years related work experience. Selected positions may require the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 wpm and/or basic knowledge of computer operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree or high school diploma with 2 years of experience. Preferred 4 years experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services. Individual must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the general public. Individual must have experience using Microsoft Office applications. Must have the ability to plan, organize and multitask. This position is responsible for coordinating appointment scheduling and management of student records. Individual must be able to problem solve and implement changes in the daily operations.
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the RAD-Radiology department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
Individual must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the general public. Individual must have experience using Microsoft Office applications. Must have the ability to plan, organize and multitask. This position is responsible for coordinating appointment scheduling and management of student records. Individual must be able to problem solve and implement changes in the daily operations.
Due to the wide variety of responsibilities, the individual must be able to respond to a multiplicity of demands. The individual must be able to multi task and prioritize workload given by multiple faculty within the Medical Imaging Sciences department.
Individual must complete confidentiality, FERPA and/or HIPAA modules through the college professional development.
