Wages/Salary: STATE SALARY RANGE: $21,063.00 - $38,975.00 Annually AGENCY HIRING RANGE - MIN: $22,327.00 AGENCY HIRING RANGE - MAX: $38,975.00
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
 A high school diploma and two (2) years related work experience; or an approved acceptable
 equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations.
 Must have a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
Performs advanced administrative duties with a high level of individual and/or
 customer accountability for Engineering staff in District 4 Office. Operates computer programs,
 researches, compiles, writes, and types correspondence, reports and other record keeping
 requirements for District Signal Shop, Capital Improvement, Bridge and Paint Crews. Serves as
 SCEIS Time Administrator for District 4 crews. Establishes and maintains general filing/tracking
 system. Assists with requests from the public, either in person or by phone; assists with all
 incoming calls and correspondence and/or forwards to proper person or office. Prepares
 requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and maintains files and records. Responsible for Traffic
 Signal Installation cost reports and Signal Inventory Reports. Monitors Signal Shop budget
 expenditures in the SCEIS system. Serves as credit card liaison consolidating credit cards for
 four (4) District crews. Maintains records of all equipment and vehicles as assigned to unit,
 including sales and transfers of equipment; enters mileage into computer per daily trip logs.
 Performs any other related duties as requested or assigned by Administrative Coordinator or
 Staff.
