Requirements:

Basic maintenance skills including plumbing, light electrical, painting, exterior cleaning.  HVAC preferred but we will train if needed.

Job Description:

Ideal candidate performs maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Duties include plumbing, light electrical, painting, cleaning, etc. Works as a team player with fellow employees. Some HVAC preferred but not required. Applicant must have own tools and reliable transportation. Must pass background check and drug test.
