A bachelor's degree is required. Coaching experience preferred. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the game of baseball. Must have good communication skills and have ability to develop good rapport with students, parents and staff.
To assist the Head Men’s Baseball Coach with the responsibilities associated with the organization and administration of the men’s baseball program.
Varied to include evenings and weekends. Overnight travel is required.
