Minimum Requirements: Must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license and safe driving history are required, and must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. must have experience with medical terminology and experience in a clinical office setting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Case investigators should be familiar with computer systems and record keeping, medical terminology, and must, at all times, maintain confidentiality at the highest level. Case investigators will work as part of the Wellness Center team, but complete the majority of their work remotely during regular business hours; Monday through Wednesday 7:30am to 5:30pm and Thursdays 7:30am to 5:00pm. Case investigator will be responsible for interviewing people who have been identified or selfreported as tested positive for COVID-19, or who have potentially been exposed to COVID-19, to determine their appropriate exposure category, Maintain a record of employee or student quarantine or isolation locations, return to campus dates, and other pertinent information, and communicate with supervisors and faculty as appropriate.
Position Work Hours: Varied 37.5 hours per week.
