Requirements:

CMA certification from AAMA required; vocational/specialized training in adult and pediatric Phlebotomy, certification preferred; excellent telephone, human relations, interpersonal and organizational skills required. Candidates who have graduated from a CAAHEP accredited Medical Assistant program and have received certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

The primary role of this position will be assisting in office clinics, to include patient check-in and obtaining vital signs, blood draws, making referrals to other agencies, requesting medical records and data entry. In addition, there will be general office duties assigned as needed. The position will involve significant interaction with both patients and clinical staff.

Schedule:
Full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
