Job Description:

Assist in coordinating construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new construction and rebuild projects. Responsible for safety and quality of work performed within the construction department and rebuild projects. Responsible for safety and quality of work performed within the construction department.
Supervise and evaluate construction personnel; coordinate construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new construction and rebuild projects;
Coordinate with engineers and developers in designing the plant; draw and sketch installation and location of equipment such as amplifiers, power supplies and cables; complete material orders needed for planned construction
Monitor contractor performance; insure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements;
Perform site inspections for quality control;
Coordinate permitting and make-ready process;
Communicate with Project Manager or designated supervisor regarding concerns about construction progress;
Review and process damage claims;
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
