Job Summary:

The position will be to work closely alongside operations manufacturing employees and engineering to implement new product manufacturing methods, trouble shoot issues, and make improvements. 



Responsibilities:  

  • Immediate focus of position is on controls installation, testing, and controls quality.
  • Supports manufacturing operations by performing routine troubleshooting on air handler controls. 
  • Identify quality problems or improvement opportunities.

  • Implement solutions relating to quality, safety, productivity of controls and controls integration on the assembly lines.

  • Work as liaison with Engineering and Manufacturing Operations to ensure that quality plans are established, followed, and that processes are capable.

  • Lead training of hourly operations employees in standard work for wiring and testing. 

  • Will work as an individual contributor under moderate supervision as part of a small team. 

  • Will sometimes work with team members to tackle larger projects.
