Requirements:

-Must have mechanical ability
-Previous Manufacturing experience a plus
-Previous work with computers and automated machine operation a plus
-Basic computer skills needed
-Basic understanding of machine operation needed
-Must be able to pass a mechanical, math, and reading assessment

Job Description:

Operators will be responsible for monitoring machines and making adjustments as needed. They will trouble shoot issues and are responsible for understanding the converting process in order to identify root causes of these issues. Training typically will take 4-6 months.

Schedule:
12 hour night shifts. 8pm-8am. Rotating weekends
