Job Description:
CSR will be responsible for responding to and placing orders; handling customer inquiries & concerns; have knowledge of product line; sale product line; identify, research, and resolve customer issues; research billing issues; monitor and evaluate performance of production, productivity reports, and supervisor feedback; must be able to work alone and as a team member.
Schedule:
Standard is 40 hours per week, with some overtime if required by address customer issues.
