Customer Service Representative

Prior experience in sales/customer service, preferably of horticultural products. Candidate should be a detail oriented, highly motivated self-starter with ability to work with minimal direct management. Skills required: Polite and grammatically correct telephone manner, familiarity with computer data base operation, ability to write an adequate business letter and perform basic math computations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, settled, and planning on the extended employment needed to develop a strong customer base. Limited travel (trade shows) may be required within one to three years.
