Requirements:

The ideal candidate posseses excellent communication and strong customer service skills and enjoys helping people. The candidate should also possess sales, telemarketing, math and computer skills. One to four years experience in cable televison or customer service is a plus.

Job Description:

Candidate is responsible for but not limited to: providing information and assistant to customers in a professional manner both on the telephone and in person, assist with billing, scheduling and problem solving.
