High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 year or more business experience, preferably directly related to the mortgage industry.
Strong computer literacy including keyboarding skills.
Proven experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to learn the functionality of multiple computer applications required for production processes.
Must be self-motivated to meet production and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail.
Accurate alpha/numeric data entry of 45wpm or greater.
Effective, oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills including the ability to follow established departmental guidelines for document handling while developing and utilizing personal methods to keep assigned workload and desktop organized.
Ability to maintain focus on quality of details while performing repetitive functions.
Ability to effectively and accurately handle basic mathematical calculations following defined guidelines for each county.
Ability to remain calm and focused on assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Data Quality Analyst for a leading provider of business information, analytics and outsourcing services in the Chapin, South Carolina area. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Perform quality reviews of keyed data in comparison to order requirements and source documents, to include correction and keying of required data
Document preparation to meet county requirements; Prepare county recording coversheets.
Learn and apply varying county and state requirements in day-to-day production.
Analyze and resolve county rejected documents.
Calculate recording fees
Perform fee calculations and process check requests
Meeting individual and team production goals for both quality and quantity of orders completed on a daily basis.
Meet or exceed daily production standards for quantity and quality of work of 25 – 35 mortgages per hour.
Meet client and state established compliance goals and order due dates.
