Requirements:

?High School Diploma/GED

?One year of experience with special needs individuals and one year of experience in supervision or an acceptable combination of both
?Valid SC Driver's License with good driving record
?Must attend 7 days of classroom training
?Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
?Must obtain and maintain at least a practitioner level certification for professional crisis management (training provided by agency).

Job Description:

Responsibilities:?Training & supervision of all house personnel
?Implementation of programs for residents of the home
?Accountability and safety of all individuals residing in the home
?Schedule/Maintain staff coverage

Schedule:
Hours worked are 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday with flexibility to ensure staff coverage as necessary.
