Requirements:

E-911 Emergency Dispatcher - Saluda County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for an E-911 Emergency Dispatcher. Requires a high school diploma or GED. Must pass a drug screening and background check. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts. Successful candidates will possess good communication and typing skills. If selected, candidates will be required to complete a two-week training course at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, as well as attain a 40 hour NCIC certification. Job Description:

Must be 18 years old, Possess a high school diploma or GED, Must possess a SC drivers license, Have not committed or been convicted of any felony or serious misdemeanors, be a United States citizen, pass background investigation and drug screening..

Schedule:
Day shift 6am - 6pm 2 days on and 2 days off, every other weekend.
Night shift 6pm-6am 2 days on and 2 days off, every other weekend.
