Four-year college degree, or an associate degree with a minimum 4-6 years experience, preferably within a sales or marketing function. Candidate must have a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), have the capability to create and interpret detailed ad hoc management reports, and to handle confidential information appropriately. Responsibilities require analytical capabilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales and marketing acumen, and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline driven environment. Must be efficient and have excellent organizational skills and be able to work with a diverse staff with minimal direct supervision and instruction. Must be proficient (or have the ability to become proficient) with SAP business enterprise system including extracts, orders, shipments, customer information, budgets, order goals, etc. Duties also require knowledge of Division/Corporate policies, practices and organizational structure.

Job Description:

Performs diversified analysis, statistical and administrative duties for the Global Cap BU (2010 ICB Budget $128M) and EAIME Sales Regions (2010 Budget ICB - $50 M) for the VP & GM, and his direct staff members. Specific duties include creation of management reports from SAP and Business Warehouse, compiles, interprets, and edits sales and other reports for Vice President, and EAIME Sales Director. Prepares Orders Budgets, Period Cost Budgets, VIP calculations, and Goal performance reports, etc. for the Sales Director – EAIME Region. Maintains agency and distributor agreements for EAIME region. Manages and books travel arrangements for the VP and direct staff. Distributes and files correspondence. Other specific responsibilities include:
-Develops and distributes monthly management reports for Cap BU & EAIME sales region, including number of quotes, hit rates, forecasted orders
-Aggregates and maintains quote logs for Product Marketing Manager and EAIME Sales Director.
-Co-ordinates all meetings (Monthly Staff, Quarterly BU Review, Quarterly EAIME Pole Review) and schedules appropriate meets notices in Outlook/Meeting Place.
-Assists BU and EAIME Sales team with creation of Excel spreadsheets reports, PowerPoint presentations for management reporting and business reviews
-Co-ordinate trade show related activities with Marketing Communications including logistics, booth support, and planning, lead management, etc
-Works collaboratively with Marketing Communications to manage and support marketing collateral for the Cap BU, including marketing literature maintenance, promotions, and field communications
-Co-ordinates logistics and schedules for factory customer and rep visits.
-Co-ordinates Meeting Place events including training and customer conferences
-Maintains general administration support (filing, management reporting, travel, VISAs for international travel, expense reports, plant mail, management of company vehicle, etc.) for VP GM Staff and his direct staff
-Design and maintain new Q Pulse Employee Training records database for the Greenwood plant
-Maintains EAIME Representative and Distributor legal agreements
