Requirements:

No minimum training or experience. Experience in lawn care preferred. Valid driver?s license is required. Must have ability to safely operate ordinary grounds care equipment, such as power trimmers, lawn mowers, edgers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and miscellaneous hand tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Basic skills would be acquired in previous jobs and specific training and
skills by on-the-job training in the Grounds/Maintenance Department of Physical Plant.

Job Description:

Responsible for maintenance of turf, trees, shrubs, and all other plantings on campus.
Work to be done with riding mowers, push mowers, power trimmers, power clippers, and other power
and hand tools and equipment. Responsible for preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe campus environment.

Schedule:
6:30 am ? 4:30 pm, Monday ? Friday
