High school diploma and 6 months of presentation/guest service work experience preferred. Must be willing and able to interact with a diverse audience. Must be comfortable handling animal artifacts while demonstrating enthusiasm and a commitment to high quality programming and care for our guests. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and be able to walk long distances repetitively.

Responsibilities: Delivers highly engaging and empowering interpretive programs to guests. Maintains a high level of enthusiasm while interacting with individuals and small groups at designated stations. Helps to maintain a positive work environment and to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team. Maintains a professional demeanor within the workplace. Provides outstanding customer service to guests, volunteers and staff. Weekend availability preferred but not required. Must also be available to work evenings and special events as needed. Reports to the Guest Engagement Supervisor.
