Requirements:

High School diploma and two-year’s experience in the field of developmental disabilities, preferably with at least one year of supervisory experience, or an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience in the human services field, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field. Preferred experience should include management/supervision.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:  Under the general direction of the Residential Director, the House Manager is responsible for the consumers, the staff, and the home.  The House Manager will provide the necessary support for the consumers, to include, health and safety, the implementation and monitoring of support plans, and daily training and documentation.  The House Manager will manage direct support staff, staff schedules, staff training, grocery shopping, medical appointments, budgets, and maintenance needs.

Schedule:
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily 1st shift, with 24hour on-call responsibility. Hours may be flexed as needed to accomplish job responsibilities.
