Job Description:
?Provides active treatment for people with disabilities to increase their functional independence.
?Develops and maintains a small home-like environment for persons within assigned residence.
?Monitors and escorts persons to programs, appointments and off-campus trips.
?Performs and participates in quality and developmental activities as assigned. This position requires feeding, changing diapers, bathing, dressing, etc.
Schedule:
1st shift: 6:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. 2nd shift: 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m. 3rd shift: 10:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m. (days rotate--includes weekends)
