An associate's degree in HVAC with at least 2-3 years experience in building maintenance. Demonstrate a good mechanical and electrical aptitude. Knowledge and skills related to digital and pneumatic controls and computer. Ability to read and understand psychometric chart, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. CFC Universal certification. Driver's license.
The successful candidate will be working in a health care environment performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various HVAC/refrigerant equipment and related controls. Other duties will include general maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing.
