1-2 years experience or relative training in a commercial break-fix environment.
The ability to diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, server, printer and network issues.
Working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server and MS Exchange.
An understanding of network infrastructure and TCIP protocols.
Ability to learn IP phone systems, proprietary software support, and advanced network management.
A thorough understanding of MS Office applications (word, excel, access)
