Requirements:

Graduate of basic education program in practical (vocational) nursing.  Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in South Carolina.  Long Long Term Care Nursing experience preferred but will consider new nurse.  Able to read, write, speak and understand English.  Ability to react to emergency situations appropriately when required and relay information concerning patients/residents condition.

Job Description:

Data collection/documentation. Planning and evaluation of parients/residents under the direct supervision of RN.  Medication administration. Confidentiality / HIPAA. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
