RTN is a fast-growing leader in grocery store and dollar store advertisement sales. We offer hyper local, cost effective advertising solutions to businesses across the U.S. We are looking for energetic, go-getter sales leaders who can meet goals and create lasting connections with local businesses!
We are actively interviewing high-energy sales leaders to join out next Sales Training class, which will be held in the near future in the Greater South Carolina Area. This is a great role for a fearless sales hunter, who is money motivated and has an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is 100% outside sales, B2B selling the advertisement space on the back of grocery store register tape. Our sales representatives are given protected territories to work in their local areas. If you have the drive and can follow a proven sales process, our management team will give you the sales training, coaching and support necessary to be successful with RTN.
We will give you the tools and freedom to thrive with uncapped earnings between our base salary and aggressive commission plan. Our Sales Representatives earn around $50,000 in their first year and can make $100,000 or more in their second year. Our representatives receive: paid training, phone and travel allowance, a full benefits package, paid vacation, holiday pay and the opportunity for advancement within the company.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
? Daily communication with management and sales team
? Independently prospecting new businesses weekly
? Dialing upwards to 100 cold calls/day
? Generation of daily appointments with qualified clients
? Presenting the product to decision makers within an assigned territory
? Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing the sale
